New sake that has been made in winter is aged in a warehouse for several months, and is commonly known as “Natsuo”. Colorful and nutritious summer vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, corn, and green soybeans will whet your appetite.
With a faint ginjo aroma, the gentle sweetness and umami of rice spreads in your mouth, and the aftertaste is crisp and firm. It has a firm body and a good taste, so it goes well with a rich sauce made by mixing mayonnaise with a little miso! On hot and humid summer nights, enjoy chilled tomatoes, cucumber and carrot vegetable sticks.
