The hugely popular "Jusui Unfiltered Raw Sake" is back on sale this year. A year's worth of "Jusui" is brewed during the winter brewing season, and the brewing method is adjusted for each batch in anticipation of aging until it is shipped as a standard sake. In our tanks, we brew with an awareness of "softness" within a rich, juicy flavor, with the image that the flavor will gradually come through. Please enjoy this "special Jusui" with a juicier, denser, and more impactful taste!
