The extremely popular ``Jusui Unfiltered Nama Genshu'' is on sale again this year. During the winter brewing season, we prepare a year's worth of Jusui, but we adjust the brewing method for each batch in anticipation of the sake maturing until it can be shipped as a standard sake. In our tank, we are conscious of ``softness'' with a rich and juicy taste, and prepare with the image that the flavor gradually comes on. Enjoy “Special Jusui” with a juicier, richer impact!
