Oyama special pure rice sake NEO Oyama
Oyama special pure rice sake NEO Oyama
"Bangaihin" is a 9-year effort to improve the quality of Oyama Fudo's standard sake "Tokuboku Junmaishu" from 2012 brewing year.
Although it is pasteurized sake, it tends to have a fresh finish that tends to be too sharp in taste. This adds mellowness to the quality of the sake, and has evolved into a fuller and more delicious taste.
A sweet scent reminiscent of fruits such as melons. The plump sweetness and soft flavor derived from rice. It has a well-balanced sourness and a youthful and beautiful flavor.
