Limited edition "Namacho" special pure rice

This sake is made using 100% Yamagata Prefecture sake rice "Dewa no Sato". It is brewed using two types of yeast, "Taste Ginjo type" and "Aroma Ginjo type". After pressing, it is bottled as unfiltered raw sake and stored in a refrigerator. After that, when it has reached the right level of raw maturation, it is bottle pasteurized to create a raw storage type sake.
It has a fruity and gentle ginjo aroma, and the moderate sweetness, rich umami and acidity that come from thorough raw aging, and a crisp aftertaste.
