It is made using Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, which are rare in rice shochu and suitable for brewing sake, and is 50-60% polished. An authentic moromi-dori shochu distilled from fragrant fruity moromi under reduced pressure. After distillation, it is aged for half a year before being shipped.
Compared to shochu made from other ingredients, rice shochu does not have a strong flavor and is refreshing and easy to drink.
