During the winter period (November - March), we will ship via standard delivery.
If you prefer chilled delivery, please select "Cool Delivery" (+440 yen) when placing your order.

This is a limited-edition freshly pressed new sake, brewed during the coldest season. It is bottled unfiltered, without pasteurization or added water, using only the best parts of the pressing. Please enjoy this early spring flavor from "Chiyokotobuki" brewery in Sagae City, which looks up to the sacred peak of Mount Gassan.

We changed the total brewing volume to be equivalent to that of Junmai Daiginjo, and we have been working to improve quality from the raw material processing stage. We aimed for a Chiyokotobuki sake that is clean, soft, full-bodied, and harmonious, with the sweetness and rich flavor characteristic of Dewasansan.
