A limited edition product from the Shiki Series Masayamaryu (namazuke: pasteurized once).
It has a refreshing, light taste, typical of a spring sake, and a smooth, slightly cloudy taste.
This sake is made using "Dewasansan", a rice variety suitable for sake brewing, grown in our own fields by our sake brewers, and is brewed with Shin-Yamagata yeast, which was developed for daiginjo sake. This clean and fresh sake has a beautiful ginjo aroma and a rich taste, expressing high quality. It is made even fresher by introducing a process that minimizes oxidation.
