"Uminari" is a seasonal limited edition product of "Sakata", a brand developed by Tohoku Meijo, the brewer of the famous sake "Hatsumago", and sold only at authorized liquor stores. Of course, all the rice used is Dewasansan, which is locally grown under contract. And, as befits its limited edition status, it is the only unadjusted unprocessed sake in the series (unfiltered unprocessed sake). With a refreshing ginjo aroma and a fresh, fruity taste, it boasts a high level of perfection that perfectly hits the sweet spot of deliciousness that will be enjoyed by everyone.
