``Uminari'' is a limited edition seasonal item from ``Sakata'', a brand produced by ``Tohoku Meijo'', the brewer of the famous sake ``Hatsumagone'', which is available only at authorized liquor stores. Of course, all of the raw rice used is locally grown Dewa Sansan, which is grown under contract. And, as befits the limited edition, it is unique in that it is the only unadjusted unprocessed sake (unfiltered unprocessed sake) in the series.
