The pinnacle of daiginjo sake made by the first grandson of the sake king.
This daiginjo is made by squeezing the moromi of daiginjo, which is prepared by kimoto-zukuri using natural lactic acid bacteria, and storing it in a 18-liter bottle at a low temperature. It features a refreshing ginjo aroma like fruit and a deep and elegant taste.
