"Kamenoo," known as a phantom rice, was discovered in Yamagata in 1893, the year after Dewazakura's establishment. Three miraculous rice ears ripened amidst severe cold weather damage.
As the only Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Kamenoo rice at the brewery, this sake was completed in cooperation with 10 liquor stores in Yamagata Prefecture, from the design of the sake quality to the brewing process and sales. Following the first release of the "origarami" (cloudy sake) version, the second release is a limited-time product, available only in 720ml bottles as "hon-nama" (unpasteurized sake).
Volume: 720ml
Manufacturer: Dewazakura Sake Brewery
