"Princess Michiko" is a rose variety that blooms beautiful orange flowers, created by the British Dixon Company in 1966. Named "Princess Michiko" in 1967, it was dedicated by Queen Elizabeth of England to Her Imperial Highness Princess Michiko, who was Crown Princess at the time.
Pure rice ginjo sake brewed with "flower yeast" separated from the flowers of "Princess Michiko" by Tokyo University of Agriculture. It has a rich flavor with a rich aroma.
