This is a challenge sake made using two types of yeast, CEL-19 and CEL-24.
Kameizumi is known for its pineapple flavor! It also has a gorgeous aroma of caproic acid and a rich sweetness. It is soft and clean, with a crisp aftertaste that is characteristic of Kameizumi. It has a higher alcohol content than CEL24, so it is a bit more satisfying to drink. This is a bottle that the brewer is very proud of!
