This Junmai Daiginjo "Osame" is made in limited quantities using "Dewa Sansan" rice grown in our own fields and brewed using the same techniques as the sake we are selling.
This high-quality sake has a gorgeous aroma and a wide range of flavors, and is brewed in pursuit of the high-level deluxe aroma and flavor required for sake to be exhibited. We have implemented a process that does not take long from pressing to bottling to prevent oxidation.
