Kamikigen Junmai Omachi was used as the base sake. Ume-no-mi is made from Fukui Prefecture's sword tip, which is also known for its plum wine. Slightly larger ume fruits have a pleasant acidity and a moderately faint ume scent. We have removed the harsh and astringent parts of the plum fruit weighing more than 2 tons one by one to create a beautiful taste. This dry-type plum wine is recommended for those who want to enjoy the aroma and flavor of plum wine with a refreshing taste.
