Chardonnay grapes from Yamagata Prefecture are skin-contacted (the skin is soaked in fruit juice for a certain period of time) and fermented at a low temperature, carefully brewed to bring out the maximum fruit flavor. After aging in French wine barrels for 6 months, it is bottled without heat. An elegant and delicate dry white wine with citrus scents such as grapefruit, a refreshing aroma reminiscent of herbs in a sour taste, and flavors such as vanilla and nuts derived from barrels.
