Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Asahi-cho, Yamagata Prefecture, were harvested late in early November, allowing the sugar content and fruit flavor to fully ripen. To bring out the unique characteristics of Muscat Bailey A, the grape skins were immersed in the juice for "skin contact," and the grapes were fermented slowly at low temperatures. This dry rosé wine has a rich flavor, combining a sweet and vibrant fruit aroma with a refreshing acidity. Enjoy pairing it with a wide variety of dishes.
