Muscat Bailey Type A cultivated in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, was harvested in early November "late picking" after waiting for the sugar content and fruit flavor to fully ripen. In order to bring out the characteristics of Muscat Bailey A, we performed "skin contact", soaking the grape skins in juice, and slowly fermented at a low temperature. A dry rosé wine with a sweet and gorgeous fruity aroma and a refreshing acidity. Enjoy "mariage" with a wide range of dishes
