It's called "Futsu no Merlot", but it's a slow food Merlot that has been brewed at a low temperature for 90 days and carefully cold macerated. We have brought out the umami of fully ripe Merlot without using the Saigner method or other methods to create a “deep” flavor. In addition, MLF (lactic acid fermentation) occurs lightly in the bottle, and you can feel a slight gas. Please enjoy the rich fruit flavor without thorns.
