A white wine made mainly from Shine Muscat and Delaware organically grown at our own farm in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The fruits are carefully sorted at the time of harvest and all destemmed by hand. Fermented and pressed in amphora with skins for 11-13 days. It is put back into the amphora and aged for 8 months before being bottled.
Gorgeous aroma and fresh, fruity taste. Refreshing and comfortable tannins are also felt, and it also features a yeast-like finish.
Please enjoy it without cooling it too much to enjoy the fragrance.
