Orange wine made with 100% organically grown Delaware from our own farm.
At the time of harvest, the fruits are carefully sorted and all destemmed. Fermented and pressed in amphora with skins for 13-21 days. It is put back into the amphora and aged for 8 months before being bottled.
It has a citrus flavor and moderate tannins. The winery's recommended pairings are curry-flavored potato stir-fry and roast pork with orange sauce.
Goes well with dishes that use synergistic spices and oils that create a gap between the tannins of wine.
