The 2018 Delaware was slightly foamy. When it was first released in 2016, it was still fresh, but after 3 years, it has matured well.
This Delaware grown in our own field is the best in our Delaware. Freshly opened, it has a soft effervescence, beautiful acidity and minerality. A few days after opening, most of the bubbles will disappear, but you will be able to feel the richness of good grapes. There is also a sense of volume, and it is a dangerous Delaware that you can't help but drink. Please try it once. From 2018, it will appear on the labels of Daikoku-sama and Ebisu-sama.
