The Koana district of Kaminoyama City has been prosperous in grape cultivation since ancient times. Therefore, Delaware, which was cultivated with seeds for wine production, was fermented and aged in barrels. Although it is made in the same way as Domaine Takeda Delaware Barrel Aged, which uses grapes from our own farm, it is a wine with a different personality.
This white wine has a sweet aroma with a touch of spiciness, and a strong fruit feel and a full-bodied flavor. Please enjoy the taste (terroir) of this land.
