The weather was stable in 2023, allowing us to harvest a rich Chardonnay with high sugar content.
This white wine is made without using barriques (oaks) so that you can enjoy the original flavor of Chardonnay directly.
It has a good balance of tropical fruit scents and fresh, cool citrus and green scents.
It has a mild acidity and a smooth drinking experience. It has a long aftertaste and a rich flavor with a savory taste.
This wine pairs well with fish or chicken and dishes with lemon and herbs. For yakitori, we recommend salted dishes.
