The Chardonnay vines have reached maturity 6 years after planting. The weather in 2025 was excellent from early spring until flowering. July saw record-low rainfall but long hours of sunshine. From mid-August, night temperatures dropped, resulting in small, concentrated grapes overall.
It offers aromas of white peach and citrus fruits. The palate is smooth, with sweetness reminiscent of honey and mango, and soft acidity. The sweetness and acidity persist through the finish, leaving an impression of umami and minerality.
