A variety of fruit is grown around the Chardonnay vineyards, which are fenced. Perhaps because of this, the wine has a scent reminiscent of an orchard in spring, where bees fly in search of fruit such as apples and pears and the nectar of these white flowers. The taste is bitter and fresh acidity, dry but sweet like honey. We do not add much to brewing so that you can feel the original taste of grapes. Since it is not supplemented with sugar, you can feel the alcohol feeling gently. Enjoy it at a temperature that is not too cold, around 12-15°C.
