Made with 100% ripe Delaware seeds from Yamagata Prefecture. It is a sparkling wine in which the carbon dioxide produced by the yeast is dissolved in the wine by bottling the wine during fermentation and allowing the fermentation to continue in the bottle. Because it is unfiltered, the turbidity and sediment derived from the grapes remain, and they create an exceptional flavor.
