A collaboration product with Kamikimoto, a local Sakata sake brand.
It is made using a generous amount of sake lees from the brewery's Junmai Daiginjo sake, resulting in a bitter taste with a clean, lingering finish.
We recommend warming it up to room temperature before enjoying it; this is a hazy IPA that will put you in a great mood.
