Brewed with "Yukimegami," a sake rice representative of Yamagata Prefecture, polished to 47%, and fermented with "YK009," a yeast developed in Yamagata Prefecture.
Named after the appearance of coral spawning, called "Summer Snow," referring to the snow of the summer sea. Chill thoroughly and enjoy the rich umami of the faintly cloudy rice extract.
