This sake is inspired by the ephemeral yet beautiful light emitted by jellyfish gracefully dancing in the deep sea.
The name "Sparkle" reflects both the bioluminescence of jellyfish and the natural gentle effervescence inherent in the sake.
Each tilt of the glass reveals a shimmer like light swaying in the ocean. The living bubbles gently rise, aiming for a taste that resonates pleasantly with the summer body.
The label evokes the "underside of jellyfish dancing in the deep sea."
