This is a limited-edition unpasteurized sake from Chiyokotobuki Toraya's "Ootora" series, known for its tiger label.
This summer namazake is unpasteurized and aged at low temperatures to preserve the freshness of the sake pressed in early spring. It is a dry junmai sake with a rich body and crisp finish that pairs well with food. Enjoy it chilled.
