This limited edition sake recreates the freshly pressed flavor of Akamagiri, a popular, authentic dry brand that is popular during the new sake season, so that you can enjoy it in the summer.
The Mazan Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed slowly at low temperatures during the cold season, then pressed and bottled immediately before it is pressed into the mash, resulting in a direct-bottled raw sake that retains all of the fresh, juicy flavor of the sake as soon as it is pressed, while still retaining the gassy flavor.
This is a must-drink even if you're not a Makiri fan!
