This is a completely limited production series brewed with a free-spirited approach, unconstrained by worldly affairs or even the Gasanryu style itself, like the wind.

Reika: Made with "Omachi" sake rice. It has a good aroma and flavor balance and a rich Omachi rice taste, making it a highly accomplished sake.
