Old fans will love this Honjozo type sake, which is made without adding any processing to the pressed sake. This is the summer brewery version, where new sake made in winter is stored in a cool, unpasteurized state for about half a year. Enjoy the rich flavor with a fuller taste that is just as satisfying to drink as before.
