This is the third sparkling fruit wine made with apples (Kurin). It is a variety developed by Mito Kyuichiro, the brewery's former master brewer. By grafting a plum onto an apple, they were able to create an apple with an amazingly sweet, honeyed flavor. The harmony of aroma and acidity has resulted in a fresh cider.
