Kanazawa, where the fields are located, has steep slopes that make you freeze. The grapes grown in a harsh land with large rocks scattered here and there produce wines that are full of concentration. "Kanazawa" (Cabernet Sauvignon) is an important wine for our winery when talking about the potential of the land. We do not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, etc. in our fields.
