This is the brewery's first release of Kijoshu.
Kijoshu is made by using sake instead of water in the final stage of brewing. Generally, Kijoshu has a characteristic rich sweetness, but this sake is easy to drink and has a refreshing fruitiness and acidity. It is recommended for sake beginners and those who like a sour taste!
