We made a liqueur using Sato Nishiki juice, a specialty of Yamagata prefecture.
We were particular about the sweetness, sourness, and color, and finished with a flavor that makes you feel the taste of cherries and the sweet and sour taste when you drink it.
Enjoy it on the rocks, carbonated water, etc.
