◎Limited quantity bottled product◎

This sake was originally born out of our desire to be a sake brewery that continues to move forward and take on challenges even during the coronavirus pandemic. This year, we use the sake rice ``Dewa no Sato'' and it comes with a violet-colored label. The sake is squeezed and bottled directly to preserve the freshly squeezed flavor, so the very slight gas sensation makes it even more immersive.
Although it is a raw unprocessed sake, it is an easy-to-drink rice wine with an alcohol level of 14%. Released in limited quantities.
