This is a limited-edition sake that captures the land of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, through a new lens, reflecting its seasonal appearance.

The coast of Tsuruoka, where seasonal winds rage from the winter Sea of Japan.
Amidst the freezing sea breeze, the white foam created by crashing waves drifts up like snow.
This natural phenomenon, called "Nami no Hana" (wave flowers), momentarily displays a sparkle like white cotton snow at the water's edge, then fleetingly disappears.
This sake was brewed to capture that fleeting beauty and transience.
The vibrant effervescence and the well-defined taste created by the balance of sweetness and acidity evoke the winter sea breeze.
