Made with Campbell and Berry A from Yamagata Prefecture. This wine is made by soaking the destemmed and crushed grapes in the skin for 80 days.
Considering the range of compatibility with food, the basic taste is from berry A, ripe berry roasted coffee, juicy Campbell's unique strong grape umami and acidity that spreads when you put it in your mouth. The fragrant Campbell's effervescence goes well with ethnic cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and other dishes with a variety of aromas. Of course, it goes well with other dishes as well.
This time, the paddle is especially reduced and left to extract the rich fruit flavor peculiar to cold maceration. It is a two-stage delicious wine where you can enjoy the freshness when opening and the flavor of the wine itself after opening.
The name "Pump up" means to be able to play, enthusiastic, and excited. I put it on because I want you to enjoy this wine even a little and move forward. Also, "Cats" was drawn by Emi, our cats.
