Red Campbell Early (slightly sparkling)

Bottle-fermented sparkling wine.
In 2025, we were blessed with good weather and harvested grapes with excellent color and high sugar content. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of crushed strawberries and raspberries, a dry taste with a light acidity, and bubbles that spread through the mouth, containing the soft and gentle tannins characteristic of Campbell Early.
At Domaine Quercus, we produce red and rosé sparkling wines from Campbell Early. Annually, the red Campbell is released in December and the rosé Campbell in March.
*As there is sediment, please store upright in the refrigerator for several days, then pour the clear liquid into a glass and enjoy.
