The seeded Delawares are harvested about 10 days earlier than they are fully ripe, and after being stomped in a cool, dark place for over a day, the juice is squeezed using a balloon press.
Fermented for 50 days in stainless steel tanks in a low-temperature brewing room.
No antioxidants or filtration.

[HANAEMI] This name is taken from the Yamato language, and is an image of having fun drinking with close friends surrounded by smiles.
The grapes used here are 100% Delaware grapes (with seeds), but they are harvested about 10 days before they are fully ripe, when they still have some acidity.
This wine has a slightly light alcohol content of 10%, and is slightly sparkling so that you can enjoy its aroma and crisp acidity.
