Gassan Sanroku Nouveau, made with Delaware grapes harvested in 2025!
This wine uses ripe Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture. It was slowly fermented at low temperatures in a winery nestled at the foot of Mount Gassan, surrounded by trees. This is a refreshing sweet white wine with a sweet grape aroma. It can be enjoyed with delicate dishes such as Japanese cuisine and is recommended as a table wine.
