The wine has a ruby red appearance. It offers aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry, complemented by notes of chocolate and mint. It has a smooth and elegant mouthfeel, with dense and rich tannins spreading across the palate. Both the aroma and taste are flamboyant and concentrated, resulting in a deep and robust red wine.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture
Fermentation: Stainless steel tank fermentation, pump-overs & punch-downs, maceration period of 26-32 days
Barrel aging period: 22 months in barrels
New oak percentage: 33%
