The exterior is a bright lemon yellow. Fresh aromas of grapefruit, apple, pear, and white peach. The attack is lively, with a rich minerality. Impressive acidity and slightly voluminous fruit flavor. The overall quality of the sake is soft.
We recommend raw oysters, shellfish sashimi, shabu-shabu, yosenabe, seafood ankake, etc.
