Made with Zweigeltrebe grapes from contract grower Ryoichi Oura's vineyard. Zweigeltrebe thrives in cool climates, and in Takahata Town, it produces grapes with excellent color and quality. The wine is made by gently and carefully extracting the potential of the grapes and aging it in barrels for a long period. It offers a gentle toast aroma derived from new oak, along with notes of cassis and dried plum. The palate is soft, with a harmonious balance of acidity and smooth tannins, leading to a voluminous and long-lasting finish.
