Cuvée Cloche is our flagship series, made from grapes grown in our own vineyards.

As it is unfiltered, there may be cloudiness and sediment (such as suspended solids). *For the 2019 vintage, the "Cuvée" designation is used because it was contract brewed (with final bottling done in-house).
*As it is unfiltered and unpasteurized, please store in a cool, dark place.

2019 self-cultivated, seeded Delaware grapes. Fermentation at Gassan Wine (contract brewing), fermented with skins, aged for 23 months in French oak (one previously used barrel) (15 months in Gassan Wine's tunnel cellar, 8 months after transfer to Bellwood, totaling 23 months). Bottled at Bellwood after barrel aging, followed by 41 months of bottle aging (as of January 2025).
This is a rich, dry orange wine with generous acidity and mellow tannins, featuring aromas of yellow peach, apricot, honey, and black tea, balanced with roasted notes.

*One previously used barrel = a barrel in its second year of use after one year as a new barrel.
*To protect the label (prevent scratches, peeling, and color transfer from postmarks), a clear film is applied.
*Please be careful of label peeling or wrinkling due to condensation.
