“Ryu-Ryu-Ryu-Ryu” is a junmai daiginjo sake made with so much time and effort that it is expressed with the most strokes. We use “Aiyama” rice, which is called “phantom sake rice” because of its small planted area. It is characterized by an elegant taste that makes use of its unique softness and swelling, and a refreshing acidity. You can enjoy it well with dark dishes.
