This is a bottle of Fumoto's style of sweet and sour sake, which has been trending for the past few years.
While many breweries use white koji mold to accentuate the sourness, this sake is brewed using yellow koji mold, which is normally used for sake.
Its refreshing aroma and acidity are reminiscent of sweet white wine. We also recommend pairing it with vinegared dishes, carpaccio, and fruit, and please enjoy it with a wine glass.
