A soothing label design by Rimi Ikezawa. This is a light junmai-shu (pasteurized) with an alcohol content of 13%, brewed by Mr. Takuya, the president's son. Apparently, this year's new rice was difficult to dissolve, but by using ginjo-style Yamagata yeast, it has been finished as a dry type that can be easily enjoyed at room temperature.
